OMMA2 initiative was Measure 33 on the November 2004 general election ballot.
It was
titled - "AMENDS MEDICAL MARIJUANA ACT: REQUIRES MARIJUANA DISPENSARIES FOR SUPPLYING PATIENTS/CAREGIVERS; RAISES PATIENT'S POSSESSION LIMIT"

This measure would have, among other things, established a supply system for medical marijuana, ensuring that patients in need would have safe, secure access to medicine.  It did not pass.  We’ll keep trying.

Make sure you are a currently registered voter so that you can make your voice heard, and help make things like OMMA2 a reality.
