• Helped organize successful referendum preventing recriminalization of marijuana in Oregon 1997-1998
• Helped qualify OMMA for the ballot and win the election 1998

• Put Measure 33, improving OMMA on the ballot 2004
• Defended OMMA at the Oregon Legislature 1999,2001,2003,2005,2007
