The Oregonian reports that Oregon Secretary of State Ellen Rosenblum has endorsed HB3460, a bill which would regulate the state's medical cannabis outlets.
According to The Oregonian:
The Voter Power Clinics, which had operated for more than a decade, have now transferred the practice and patient files to the THC Foundation Clinics, also dba Presto Quality Care.
Voter Power is confident that THC Foundation can continue providing the same quality care and assistance to our patients which they have come to expect.
