Voter Power

Join our experts and learn about preparing extracts at the Voter Power-Portland Patient Resource Center! The class will explore techniques and provide hands-on experience to patients and cardholders who wish to learn about cannabis extracts. The class will begin shortly after the PRC closes for the day at 4pm.
